The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great hotel location in Naples area and Uber rides are easy to obtain.
The pools are very nice and the tram to the beach is a great way to the restaurant and beach facilities.

The staff is exceptionally attentive and kind! They were so good to my kids as well. I needed some sun tan lotion and was going to purchase a bottle but the towel attendant offered a basically un-used bottle they had found and wasn’t being used instead of me having to buy some. This is one of our favorite resorts and will definitely be back!
