We had no air conditioning and was told it would be 2 hours was 26 hours. I was told by hotel they were adjusting bill to remove hotel charges and sent me final bill only removing 30 dollars misrepresented. Contacted Expedia yesterday and said would e mail today have heard nothing

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. The AC broke and it was very hot the last few days. I would like a credit back on my credit card as it was very uncomfortable during those days.

It was terrible, I do not recommend it. there was not AC, it was broken the whole night in the whole hotel and the man from the front desk was very disrespectful he even yelled at us when we asked what was going on. The worst hotel ever.

The front desk staff was not friendly at out arrival. There was no cable and the AC was mot working properly the onlygood thing was the place was clean and well kept. The did not provide shuttle to the beach after the sunset or to the 5th avenue like in other hotels that we stayed at. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.
