The hotel, the room and the staff were great! The 90$ extra charge for facilities was uncalled for.

I am so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, we strive to ensure our guests are 100% satisfied. As for the 45 a night for the destination fee, it covers all the extra amenities we had available, like the wine hour, breakfast, concierge assistance, self-parking, and access to the pool/hot tub area.I do hope that you come back to us again on your next Napa Valley trip.

Sadly, I was greatly disappointed by my experience at Senza. The property was under construction, which was not advertised. The included breakfast was advertised as being from Bouchon, whereas what was put out looked like items you would purchase from Safeway. Access to electric chargers for vehicles were also problematic. There was no easy access to ice, due to the construction, and there were cobwebs in the corners of our room. Paying a resort fee in these conditions is somewhat laughable. The staff were very kind and as accommodating as they could be.

I want to first thank you for taking the time to do the survey and give you feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay was so dissatisfying. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a relaxing getaway. We are baking our own pastries now instead of using a bakery and we have not had Bouchon in a few years, if there is a pastry that you would prefer next time please let me know, I can have the kitchen bake something up. As far as the construction, I apologize that you were not notified.As we fell short during this visit, I have refunded 25% of you stay back, which will be refunded with in 10-15 business days. And all three of your destination fees have been refunded to your Amex in the amount of 135.I do hope you give our beautiful, updated property another chance in the future, it really has just turned out perfect. Please let me know next time you are in the area. Thank you
