Modern, comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel
Posted 10 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe hotel was excellent. Had a great two night stay. Hotel room was amazing Deluxe King. Lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed. The reception staff and bar staff were wonderful. In the restaurant and breakfast rooms the staff especially first thing were not in keeping with the rest of the team, though the food was very good. Loved the curry puffs available at lunch. Will stay here again most likely

5-star feeling like a 6
Posted 13 Nov 2019 on HotelsExcellent 5-Star hotel that feels 1-notch above other 5stars i have stayed before. Service professionalism is top notch, hotel design by Zaha hadid is world class, details of design in hotel and room are excellent 2-notches above other 5-stars, room size is great! Food is nice and view is amazing. Will stay again for future work trips.

南京国際空港からは南京市街の中では近いエリアでタクシーが便利で、40ｋｍ位ありますが、高速代を入れて約175元、、45分位で到着しました。帰国時は朝でしたので30分位で到着しました。
ホテルの従業員さんの対応は全般的に良く、特にフロントと同じ階にあるレストラン兼バーと朝食会場の方は笑顔で対応もとても良かったです。
朝食の種類は洋食、中華など多数ありまして美味しいです。
暑くて日に日に疲れてきまして、以外に朝食のとんこつ？に醤油を追加して入れる麺が美味しく食欲が出ました。
リバーサイド側のお部屋は浴槽からの眺望がすばらしく、お部屋も広く高級感がありましてとても満足度の高いホテルです。
バスローブのさわりごごちは抜群に良いです。
ルームサービスをお願いしましたが美味しくお値段も高くないので助かりました。
プールやジムは無料で利用出来、更衣室に浴槽はありませんがシャワーとサウナがありました。
南京は暑いと聞いていましたので保冷剤を持参しましたが、冷蔵庫は立派ですが冷凍庫がついてれば良かったと思います。
全般的にも素晴らしくとてもお薦めのホテルです。
