Requested a room through you guys for handicap room there was no room Couldn’t take a shower. Wasn’t able to get my wheelchair through the bathroom door When i booked i said I was disabled and requested a wheelchair accessible room. Bad experience. Told the Front desk at Hotel and they told me to tell you guys.

Very nice and clean. Close the the aquarium and lots of food options around.

We have stayed here a few times..the rooms are clean..staff is great..bar/restaurant is what you would expect price wise..food though is excellent

Was disappointed with our recent stay. Our bathroom did not have soap at the sink, I asked for this at the front desk and it did not arrive. Asked someone from house keeping that I saw in the hall & she gave to us. Multiple lights and outlets did not work. Sink and toilet both leaked onto the floor. The room was clean so we were pleased with that, and the location is great. But was surprised at the lack of attention to detail in getting our room ready and in the disrepair of the bathroom. Not what we have come to know from our past Hilton stays.
