There was broken glass throughout the parking garage that never got picked up the entire 4 days we were there. $10/day to park in this garage only. The shower head was dangling from the wall. The room was dirty and had stuff left in it from a previous renter. We always bring our own cleaning so we deep cleaned, put our own linens on bed and put the trash in the hall. Received calls bugging us to get our free gift from concierge then when we finally took a minute to stop by, both concierge ignored us while chatting up one other person. Locked out of our room day2 because they didn’t check us in properly so our key auto turned off. Noisy hallways and a tiny room without a microwave simply take it off our list for the many other better options at the same price point.
