Overall, we were satisfied with this property and our stay. The property is right on the beach. Even with the rented umbrellas, it was never hard to find a decent spot for our family to enjoy. The pools and lazy river were all clean and never over crowded. We were happy that there was a good amount of seating for our whole family to enjoy. Our littlest one enjoyed the kiddie pool area. The hotel is a little older and could use some updating. Seating is minimal in the tv room but we made it work. It was nice that our room had doors separating the bedroom, kitchen, and tv room. Guests could sleep in/go to bed early while others enjoyed the rest of the room without waking anyone up. Parking is located across the street. We never had an issue with finding a spot and it was nice not having to find a spot in a crammed garage like other properties we've stayed at before. Housekeeping was very friendly and attentive. Would consider staying again.

The room could use more comfortable seating. We are a family of 5 and after a long day at the beach, sometimes we just want to relax in our room. There wasn’t enough seating for all of us to be in the same room watching a show. The kitchen amenities could use some upgrades. Frying pans were warped and hard to cook on. I think it would be nice if the hotel provided one roll of paper towels and maybe a few laundry pods. There were some dishwasher pods which was nice. A blanket in each closet would be nice as well. Just in case someone needs some extra warmth.

Overall, this is a really nice property. Right on the beach, the 4 pools and lazy river were all clean and never over crowded. Rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is a little older so definitely has some wear and tear but nothing major. Parking is across the street but that appears to be the case for majority of resorts on the beach. Only concern I had was the staff at front desk; they were not rude just not overly friendly. Overall, we definitely would stay here again, especially when compare the price at some of the similar resorts close by

I was very satisfied with the staff. The property was an average due to the wear and tear and not being updated. The pool area is not monitored at all - we had issues with older kids taking the floats from the lazy river to the pools and ocean - the last day there was a herd of kids came in and literally put so many tubes in The pool that our grand child couldn’t even swim! I reported it to the security guard but they acted like it wasn’t their problem. The next smoking policy doesn’t seem to be enforced either - I reported it once I was able to identify where it was coming from and the lady at the desk was very passive about it.

Great location. Easy walk to ocean. Loved the balcony. Would recommend updating living room furniture. Old and worn.
