Front desk attendant weirded me out. No eye contact. No personality. No other words other than the ones she HAS to say. definitely not welcoming.

The room was absolutely terrible very dirty smelt awful found cream under the bed along with clothes . The staff was rude.

Room was very dirty, drawers were falling apart. Had roaches and the staff didn’t help at all! No smoke detectors in the room wires coming out the outlets. Towels were dirty as if someone had used them! Will never stay here again!

It’s very dependent on the room you get. If you are part of the HOA and you read this, consider setting some standards. My whole family each changed rooms during our week. Either too loud, poor quality room, or upgrading. Out of all the moves, I myself had the worst room to start. Couch was 20 years old, filled with stains, room not clean etc. once I changed rooms, very satisfied. If you want quiet, be careful getting a room in front of ocean Annie’s. Very loud. Overall, a great place to stay. Good for families. Restaurants on site. Convenience store and liquor store walking distance. Plenty to do for everyone.

The entertainment was fantastic. The food was very good. The pools were very good. Don’t have to leave.
