I liked the location, its convenient to, dinning and shopping, the Pavillion, everything.
The only complaint i had was there was a few tiles in the sitting area of the room 1117 that are about to come up. Other than that it was great.

Access to the beach was great and the view of the ocean was fantastic. The stove was rusted and the balcony floor cracked and peeling.

This hotel is very run down no cameras in the garage walking to your room is dirty carpet filthy hallways stink the room old funiture the stove barely worked

Definitely older property, could use some upgrades... Great parking garage. Staff was very friendly.

Terrible place to stay, floors were not even cleaned. And they do not come to clean while your there.

Our room was clean, but the sinks and toilets were very slow to drain. The furnishings were ripped, stained and the floors had deep scratches. The paint was peeling in several places outside and in and the elevators smelled horrible. The proximity to the ocean and the ocean view from the balcony made it worth it. They also had decent pools and hot tubs inside and out although they were extremely full our entire stay. If you needed anything for your room like toilet paper, towels or dishes, you have to pick it up from the front desk. If you are staying on the 12th floor, it is not convenient at all! The staff was pleasant and overall, I felt averaging location and conditions, it was average at best.

We spend three days over there, excellent service, friendly staff. We have trouble with the landline phone and the fixed it right quick. Hope to be able to go back soon. Very much recommended
