I wanted a room with a good view of the ocean, preferably a high floor but was informed that the type of room I had reserved which was a king suite was only located on the second floor. They didn't ask or offer a different type of room so I could be higher up. The room I did get had a view blocked by palm trees.This may seem like a small thing but the disappointment I felt clouded my whole vacation.

They’ve got a full size fridge and a stove top to cook plus some kitchen stuffs to use! 😍

Rooms needs to be updated, bed more comfortable. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING

The hotel was in a great location to walk to the restaurants on the boardwalk. Easy and convenient parking at the hotel.

I had no idea it was bike week. We will not be coming back during bike week again as it made sleeping at this hotel a miserable experience

The stay started with poor service from the reception, there was a language barrier, she was irritated that I asked her to repeat herself, she began to hurry me along as I asked questions regarding parking and the tiki bar. She also reminded me that I would not get any perks bc I paid through a third party ( I never asked for perks) the room was stuffy and smelled stale! I called down the next morning to report air not working, the receptionist was rude! The housekeeper knocked on the door even with a do not disturb sign on the door! Nex day at check out did the same thing at 10:04 am , , I enjoyed the outdoor experience, the bar staff was great ! Did I mention the housekeeper didn’t have shoes on? Sooo annoyed during the stay probably won’t be staying again, it’s the experience that I remember most while vacationing, and this wasn’t a good one .
