Really had good time with my family . Enjoyed the resort full day also water park is awesome .. I would recommend to everyone..

I love the security staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Great guy in front directing traffic and driving the shuttle wagon. The only dislike was I stayed in the second building and I had surgery on my ankle. The parking garage is a little hike if you stay in the second building. This was my first time staying in the second building. Next time I’m hoping I can request the building across from the parking garage.

THERE WERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM!! I have the videos!! And leaky toilet!!

They lied about trailer parking. No hot water the whole time we were their. Black mold in the room.kids running around eating in the pool .ill never go back and i will tell people its a waste of time..

I was very disappointed in the fact, that I was overcharged when I checked out. Called customer service and they blamed it on the booking engine Expedia. So that's why I didn't rate higher.
