Pretty nice hotel! Had some miscommunication issues with payment in the beginning but they made it right. Would recommend this hotel.

Did not know of parking fee til check-in...they also charge a fee for using credit card

Lots of pools and hot tubs. Bought a refillable cup for $2. Got unlimited drinks during our stay . But all diet was out, had go to the bar for drinks. No biggie there. Room greay location right in front of the ocean! Only get 1 bar of soap had to ask fo another (small) . 2 t. Paper for our 5 day stay ! They came & replaced towels in our room and thats it!! No bed made no refills on t p or soap!
Over all a wonderful stay! Would go back again

Everyone was nice and accommodating and helpful. Love that there is so much to do on the property and it is family oriented.

The room was comfortable and clean, except for the floors. The tile and linoleum were very dirty as if it hadn't been mopped adequately in a very long time. The kids area of the waterpark is very outdated as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe on the property. Staff was easy to find around entrances, exits, and around the pools. The tiki bar was great as well as the poolside DJ.
