Nothing good about the place!

toilet broken
dirty tub
shower did not switch to tub
both beds hard as rocks
no charging ports
no plug ins
kids running around pool using floats not in lazy river using lazy river as pool instead of lazy river
pool hot tub filthy
tv old
only good thing is receptionist regina
no coffee
looks like cheap bug motel on steroids

The room was not clean. The balcony was nasty with the carpet half ripped up. Homeless people sleeping in the breezeway/ hallway. We were charged nearly 700 for 3 night's in this dump.

Room was small and bed hard no comp coffee in room but coffee maker room next to ours was very loud late night

It had no basic amenities such as coffee maker etc
We were not checked on throughout our stay, I should not have to ask for anything or let the front desk know if I need anything.

Needs more closer parking and we had to wait till 4:45-5 to check in due to the room not being done yet but other that everything was perfect for my family. We drove from Virginia and got here at 4 but was able to go to the beach and kill time till we could check in.

Are room was flooded and they kept waking us up 4am then 5am with a police officer won’t stay again
