My family and I spend 3 nights and we only had 1 mini shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 soap. Obviously not enough for 4 people. They dont do housekeeping either. I have been in Bay view before thats why I had more expectations.

Has an excellent stay in the penthouse a being view , small thing like battery in remote which came right away , we has fresh towels and trash take out everyday . Dislikes : furniture in rooms need to upgraded , tvs need upgrade . Refrigerator leaks water , has ice maker in refrigerator but don’t make ice .parking: was great , also motorcycles friendly Over all enjoyed my stay !!!

Didn’t like the room they first put us in mattress on both beds were worn out.After 1hour 1/2we were moved to a better room.which was better we enjoyed the rest of trip
