It was a cheap hotel in an area where building and roadworks were happening, there were no restaurants nearby and many of the people looked really in need

We had an enjoyable stay - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also good and the beds comfortable.
I would happily return to this property.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was not so bad but the shower did not drain. I reported it and they attempted to fix the problem but it never did drain properly with water up to my ankles.

Nice clean affordable little hotel close to Central Train station with breakfast included. The room was small but fine for solo travellers and all the major tourist sites are within easy walking distance.
