This hotel is very nice for a great price. A lot cheaper than other places around the same location. Great location, very close to the train station and the Marienplatz. From the outside it doesn’t look that great and the neighborhood looks lived in as well. But once you’re inside everything is much nicer. Fancy restaurant/bar, the rooms are nice too. Nice pool area. The fitness center is a little bleak if you’re into working out on vacation. The breakfast buffet is top notch too. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was friendly.
The room had some old furniture....
I had signed up for the no housekeeping service option one day. However I needed an extra towel (dropped one on the floor by accident). I requested it from the housekeeping staff outside the room and she gave me one. Later she was complaining loudly to a colleague that I'd taken a towel despite signing up for no service...

Great property located just 1 mile from main train station and S-Bahn stations. Central spot for getting to anywhere in Munich. Slightly older property but still clean, with great breakfast buffet every morning, and competent multi-lingual staff. Neighborhood around the hotel is OK, just slightly run down, but crime never entered our minds as München is well policed.

Location is very close to the Hauptbonhauf and Marienplatz which makes it convenient.

Very clean rooms, staff on reception and bar were friendly and helpful and I got free haribo gummy bears each day.
However the double bed was two singles pushed together that didn't stay together so fell down the gap in the middle a few times.
Also the previous clientele may not be great as had to put a deposit down to get a kettle for the room.
