Needed a hotel not too far from the stadium. Excellent across the board. Will definitely be back

We visited Munich for a holiday but also to see the 2 Metallica shows. The hotel was ideally situated as the underground was literally around the corner (we got to Marienplatz in 10 minutes, which was great as there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity) and the gig venue was only 1 stop away. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that let it down slightly for us was the very limited menu in the restaurant and the waiting staff weren't the cheeriest - especially at breakfast time. However, I would definitely stay here again.

All the hotel parking was taken by concert goers (the hotel is a 20 minute walk to a stadium), which is where I had to pay to park. The staff said there’s nothing they can do about the parking. I would suggest removing “free onsite parking at hotel” from the website. It should be for hotel guests only. The drinks were good. The food was terrible. The staff was kind enough. The room was adequate. But really, the parking issue was the main reason for this poor review.

Loved the small things like a wireless charger on the nightstand. Online checkin, the tablet to help with anything you need. The toom was clean and comfortable. The subway is right across the street so easy to get everywhere.

Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable room, there is a playground for the kids nearby, big park, U-bahn 5 minutes from the hotel. But the door to the bathroom was from the glass and very heavy, we couldn't even close it properly. The room was very clean and I've found some hairs in the bathroom and on the bed.
