Location was fine but customer service as poor and there was no coffee and tea amenities which should be standard and expected with Accor brand

Perfect for a short stay in Munich, it is my second time here and everything is as expected. Breakfast quality is good. The tram nearby was not working but it is close enough to the s bahn station.

The facility and my room were very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The area is a great location with walkable restaurants, train stops, and easy to order Ubers that are very close by.
