Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious rooms, nice breakfasts. Transport links very convenient and good restaurants close by. I couldn't fault it, would stay here again. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay to explore Munich. It is a reasonable walk to many museums and has great transportation options close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was solid and enjoyable. I will stay here again if I ever find myself in Munich again.

Excellent staff service, and comfortable room, location directly across road from main station, 150metre from Lufthansa Airport drop off. Easy walk into centre. Would recommend.

Got stuck in Munich for a night after I missed mt layover flight. Staff were able to get me a single room for the night. It was the perfect place to stay. Felt safe and had a shuttle to the airport the following morning

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I only gave it a 3 star because it isn't a top or luxury hotel. However, it is an excellent hotel for cleanliness, safety and convenience. It is right across the street from the central train station. It's not too far a walk from the old town. If it's about cleanliness and convenience, then this hotel is perfect.

Internet was absolutely terrible, on a business trip this is extremely important. Will not stay at this hotel again.
