The staff really helped in an emergency... they are heroes and went beyond the level of service from other hotels given my situation with the airport. Thank you the hotel is lovely.

The views ;-) the trails ;-) the beach pretty cool place wish we could have stayed longer but the city was cool too ;-)

Customer service is very lacking.

Room and location are nice, but beware that if you pay the deposit on a card, the hotel won't bother telling your bank to release the money back to your account even after confirmation that the room was left intact. It has been weeks since my stay and I need my $500.00 back and the staff have been quite unhelpful in doing anything to speed up the process. It's unreasonable to hold onto a deposit for longer than a day or two after the checkout date. Also, the WiFi didn't work really at all in our room and we had to resort to using our cell data even after trying to get help from the front desk.

Dear Rose, Thank you for your comments! We only use your credit card to pre-authorise a deposit of HK$500 without any actual transaction. When you check out, we will notify the bank for cancellation, but this process may take two to three weeks(at the discretion of your own bank ). I have shared your recommendations with our management. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience that might have caused you.
