Our room had stains on the couch, spider webs, dusty vents, a malfunctioning shower and bad wifi.

There’s no clear areas to park so parking was a challenge. Otherwise no complaints

Very good location. 747 bus stop just across the street. Hotel is within short walking distance to Chinatown, Notre-Dame Cathedral/Old Montreal and Quartier des Spectacles. Many restaurants nearby. Our room on the 12 floor was clean, roomy, and quiet. There are 2 elevators in the building on both ends of the hotel. Friendly staff.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of commendable service and concerning issues. First and foremost, the staff who checked me in and the valet person were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, which initially set a positive tone for my stay. However, the overall experience quickly declined after this. The lobby was not clean, with a weird smell lingering in the air. The front desk table was extremely dusty, which is a basic cleanliness issue that should be easily addressed. Unfortunately, this lack of cleanliness extended to my room as well. There was hair all over the place, which was deeply unsettling. Additionally, items in the room were poorly maintained; some were even fixed with duct tape, including the remote control. The worst part of my stay was a serious safety concern. Two individuals, who were clearly not staying at the hotel, were on the elevator with what appeared to be drugs. I chose not to enter the elevator with my child because something didn’t feel right. Shortly after, one of these individuals aggressively demanded to use my phone, and then did the same to my underage sister despite my husband repeatedly asking him to step away. This incident left me feeling completely unsafe. Guests who are not staying at the hotel should not have access to the elevators or be able to loiter in the lobby, especially when exhibiting such threatening behavior.
