The personnel was very friendly and the concierge is excellent

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were very professional and helpful. The concierge made a dinner reservation at an excellent restaurant and check in was very good. The only hiccup I encountered was the breakfast. I believe they were understaffed and I could not order a simple breakfast in a timely manner nor have good service for breakfast.

Excellent hotel in great location. Next to Notre dame, in old Montreal and close to China town

I never stayed in a hotel & had to carry my own luggage!!!
