Conveniently located downtown hotel, close to public transit options, continental breakfast included. Many stairs would be a problem for some people.

I bought an upgrade for my booked room as I did not want to stay in the souterrain. The young man at the reception did everything to accommodate me and even calculated the average price for my upgrade. I really appreciated this.
The breakfast particularly the coffee is really not good. The young lady responsible for the breakfast was laying on the stairs looking into her mobile - instead of looking after guests. And generally there was no-one to be seen in the breakfast room.

Excellent hotel, friendly efficient staff, perfect location. We often stay here for both business and personal travel. Great value for money.

Location of this property was helpful as it was easily walkable to shops and dining. Nice to have a breakfast buffet in the morning too.

Loved our stay Chateau Versailles! The room was massive, very clean, and location was prime. We walked everywhere! We will stay here again next time we come to Montreal!
