Beautiful entrance with freshly scented Lemon Grass. The Staff are warm and friendly but the floors in the room was a bit dated. Food was good but I could not understand How and why the poolside ran out of towels.

The rooms didn't come with blankets only a sheet, one of the main restaurants was closed on Fridays, there buffet was a joke. What little bit of selection they had was nasty. There was Ferrell cat's in the dining area. The best part qas walking across the street to the beach

The pictures online do not represent the actual place! VERY misleading! The room that we stayed in was not complete! Looked as if they needed a room and put us in it even though it was not complete. I have seen better rooms at truck stop!

I loved my stay and the price we got was amazing! I will definitely be returning! The staff was really good to us. The room was clean and seemed to have been remodeled. The only thing that would have made my stay better was a balcony. Other than that it was just what my group needed and wanted!!

My friend and I are both young people and we experienced so much harassment in and around this resort. We could barely leave our rooms.

Loved the staff food and drink was great. The check in time was horrible. Check in was at 3pm.our room was not ready until 3:45pm. But onces we got to our room everything was smooth sailing.

No hot water, shower tub is very old and in need updating . You cannot get housekeeping service before 9.00 am.

The room was outdated , bathroom window dirty. Phone in my room didn’t work. There was no towels in my room when I checked in I was told I have to wait until they towels are dry. I had to go front about the towels and make phone calls . Get the towels a hour later. Dining room has no AC very hot. If you are looking for an excellent stay this isn’t the place.
