The property is huge. Beautiful layout and decor. The garage parking was so low it crapped the top of the car. That and the food was the worse parts of the stay for me. Everything else was amazing the staff was very nice and accommodating. View and beach beautiful. I felt completely safe. I’d definitely stay again. My room was so beautiful with lots of space. The rainforest shower head amazing. Showers felt like I was in another place.

I enjoyed an absolute relaxing peaceful 3 nights with my husband. Had a few teeny tiny minor hiccups but really nothing to dissuade me from ever returning again or recommending this wonderful resort to others.
Look no further you will definitely enjoy your stay here and if you have any hiccups they will do what's necessary to fix whatever issue you may have. I give this place two thumbs up five stars and a big fat 10!!!!!!!!
I wish I have chosen this place for my wedding instead of the other place...

Well this is most likely the best vacation we have ever had. The place is amazing, the food experience so much better than most places we’ve visited. There was a Bar tender a really nice young man who provided us with outstanding service and then a server by the name of Marie Ann, she went out of her way to make us feel special.
Thank you Jewel Grande for making my wedding anniversary a memorable one.

I felt very safe here, staff were always visible at night. Food options were great. Cabinents in room were outdated and not in the best shape....not a lot of dishes etc available. But that was fine for us. Very quiet atmosphere.

Upgrade the food. Don’t park in the garage parking it will scrap your car if it’s tall. And this resort would be a ten. The breakfast food was good. Lunch and some dinner options were just ok. Maybe I should have went to more restaurants. I love this resort. Book it and make reservations for restaurants early.

Had issues with the ac not working for a few days
Issues with toilets
Issues with electrical
Issues with elevators
Garbage disposal
Dryer
Floors were wet and slick due to humidity in the room since no ac
Staff was great. They need better upkeep of the facilities
