The children in the pool and hot tub area kept splashing me
In the face as I was trying to relax. They were running around screaming obnoxiously, I work 80 hours a week, the other parents were negligent about watching their children being mindful

The pool was not working and I understand things happen. They should have been upfront about when it was going to be fixed.

This is a very nice hotel. We loved the big covered porch to sit out on. The room was clean and big. The only reason I did not give this hotel an excellent rating is because the pool area and the pool needed cleaned. The jacuzzi was not hot and also needed cleaned. There was cool water coming out of the jacuzzi jets. The breakfast was very good there were many options to choose from. We also liked that there was coffee 24/7. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
