The power outlets did not work next to my wifes side of bed. So she could not charge her phone and had to use a different outlet. Not the end of the world but i expect better from Holiday inn.
Also the electronic blinds did not work and do not open manually. So we had to call the front desk which did not pick up. I went down there and the gentleman came up and tried to fix them but was unable to. He then instructed us to fold them up and he would get maintenance on it. I will say he was a nice kid, not his fault and we appreciate him trying. Overall not a terrible experience, I just expected better and need things to work in my room.

The staff checking us in was not friendly and not welcoming. Room size was good with a large sofa and a table. Good closet size. Bathroom was big size. Many outlets to charge the phones. Location was close to the park and town. Overall great place to stay.

Convenient.
Room needs better up keeping. Room floor was dirty and the staff the clean the room didn’t bother to sweep or mopped the floor.
No coffee for breakfast!!

I understand the importance of a clean floor. As for the coffee, I want to say sorry that we ran out during breakfast hours. I truly understand the need for coffee in the morning. I do hope you found the Keurig machine and coffee pods in your room as an option for your coffee needs. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. I do hope we may get the chance to host you again at our property whenever your travels bring oyu back to the area.

A great expert! Super clean and 5mns to the Arches!
Eat at the Sunset Grill and make sure you are there BEFORE sunset! Gorgeous and great dinner!
