Great hotel! We booked the hotel
Hoping to get a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it since it was cloudy and rainy. However, the onsen on the rooftop made it worth it. It was beautiful and clean. The room was small, but typical for Japan. There were also many walkable restaurants outside of the hotel and the subway was a 1 min walk away. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was raining when we arrived and we were able to check in early. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size. The breakfast was excellent. Best of all were the indoor and outdoor onsens, with views of Mt. Fuji.Its located next to the train station and lots of dining options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying here was a DREAM we loved it. One of the days we had a magical view of Fuji-san, so we watched it change colour with the sunset. Magical. Definitely would stay again!

What we liked the most this hotel was the Onsen on the 14th floor. It was so relaxing and unique with a view of the mountains. It was also very convenient to the JR line.

Nice hotel with Mt Fuji view. Roof top Onsen and 13th floor dinning area also can view Mt.Fuji which is so nice. Next to JR and Train station very convenient but no shopping mall around. Will stay there next time when visiting.
