Our room reeked so cigarette smoke even tho we booked a NON SMOKING room. Multiple times the front desk said they would send someone to help refresh the room but it never happened

Room was dated and dirty. Light fixtures were rusted and the furniture was worn. Carpet was sticky. Totally disgusting. Canopy outside was faded and torn. Pool had several areas shut down including the bar. The hot tub was boarded over. They stuck me in the back of the property in a dated worn down building. Terrible. Not even close to 4 stars…

The staff is awful. Security directed me to the wrong place to check in. The staff when checking in did not give me the correct information to the parking garage and had to drive back to the front office to get the garage code and then found out codes for the pool and etc. were not given. The staff rudely stated I Should have received this information in My text message from when I checked in. Guess what they didn’t ask for my phone number to even give me the information. Will never be back and do not recommend this place.

this property is a huge conglomerate of multiple condos hotels apartments, villas ect that are very spread out on both sides of highway 98. depending on where you stay it can differ in satisfaction. We originally had a condo unit with horrible beds, and a smell in the hallway. We moved to the SandestinGrande Hotel, and it was much more comfortable and convenient to the amazing wharf area.
