Unfortunately, the Hilton canceled my reservation. We found that out the moment we were checking in. NO ONE CONTACTED US!!!! We was told to try and find another none associated property across the highway... they acted like they were doing me a favor and saying they won't charger me cancelation fee when it was on them... everything was in poor taste considering THIS IS THE HILTON.... it was my wife Birthday and it was ruined... not even a offer on our next stay... SIMPLY CLASSLESS!!!!

Unfortunately our hotel incurred a small electrical fire that damaged our electrical unit in one of our guest room towers. While our team is working diligently to restore power to those rooms we are unable to accommodate all of our guests. Staff could not be more accommodating Only ask was a heads up on chair and umbrella reservations prior day to beach day so you could have a chair in the AM

Food mediocre. Housekeeping almost non existent. Room cleaned at 5 pm one day and not at all the second. Called to at least get coffee pods for the next morning. Was told I could come down to the lobby. WHAT, I wanted coffee in my room in my robe. No one ever brought coffee pods😩 That’s a lot of money for not much service. Would not go back.

My favorite place to stay at the beach! Amenities are amazing. Food is great, love the pool area. Shuttles to take you to Baytown Wharf to shop and eat. Lots to do. Beach is perfect. You will not regret booking this resort! Serenity Soa on property is wonderful!! 3 restaurants on property as well.

Everything was perfect! Great vacation for families traveling with kids. We ate at Sandcastle inside hotel 10/10.

I reserve a king once we got there she say she upgraded us but it was 2 queen bed I was disappointed it about that

The Hilton resort was quiet with exquisite views of the ocean. The outside hot tub was open until 11:00 giving us plenty of time to unwind when we got back from dinner and exploring. There are three pools with a bar located in the middle so we never felt crowded. Also servers around the pool to bring you drinks and food so you don’t have to leave the resort. Parking was convenient, housekeeping was extraordinary & staff was friendly and accommodating! We will be back, thank you Hilton resort and team! ☺️

We had a wonderful time at this resort. I really liked everything that was available, even though we didn’t get to use the spa. The proximity to the beach was great as well. We ended up canceling all of our prior dinner reservations once we got onto the resort because there were so many better options! Seagar’s, Beachfront…all terrific restaurants. We will definitely be back!
