All bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were empty. Keys provided did not work so back to the desk. Cleanliness mediocre at best.

At first our room had a slightly weird smell to it but not too terrible. But it was good for what we paid for. The rooms kinda resemble a high end college dorm with a full dishwasher, full size refrigerator and an electric stove top. It’s real close to Mall of America too.

While the hotel's room rate was reasonable, my experience was subpar due to various issues. The front desk did not check my ID, the hallways were unclean, and the room lacked essential amenities such as towels and soap. When I requested additional towels, I was told that the hotel was out of stock. These issues suggest that the hotel needs to improve its attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Despite these problems, the bed was bed bug-free, and the room was generally clean.

My family and I arrived at 3 am in the morning to hear that the room we booked and paid for was no longer available. We had called earlier that night to advise of our late arrival and were told all was well. With kids in the car we had to drive to 2 other locations to find a place to sleep. I would not recommend this property to anyone. You risk not having a place to stay after they've taken your money.

Where can I start a first received the handicap room which is room 211 and no I’m not handicap only to enter that room. There is no towels. It wasn’t clean. The coffee machine still had the coffee grinds in from the person before. Microwave didn’t work then I woke up to a spider looking at me. There was a table blocking the joining door room and tape on it .I moved to room 214 on my last day there and it was no towels in that room,However much better room.The staff is amazing tho he brought towels up after washing them or maybe getting them out another room.Around 11p.m yep! Security needs to retire. He’s too old. They’re leaving the side door open for the Fentanyl heads. It has now started to become that kind of suite to me, but it’s not that type of prices. I’m just saying I would never book there again. I personally miss when it was Candlewood suites.I didn’t even have dishes to cook with, was Told by staff that those items are very scarce.I was adjusting myself and my car to get ready to leave my music was up lady comes out of her room outside to tell me she’s been up all night. Is there anyway I could turn my music down or go ahead and leave? I just rolled my window back up and looked at her and for the fun of it. I sat there extra three more minutes no lady you ain’t been up all night. Doing nothing productive. Why are you at my window?

I gave a two star because I had to change my room twice. First room looked like sheets were used and pillows. Up under fitted sheets had a few crumbs so I asked for new bedding and I would put it on myself but they didn't give me a fitted sheet. Dust was on top of frigerator and everything was just not cleaned right. I just got frustrated because I realized I shouldn't be doing Others job. I was tired and asked for another room. The next room smelled like a strong food that stained it bad. I left for hours with window open and air on. Also front desk gave me a spray but it didn't work. I came back but it seemed stronger than ever and old food on top of refrigerator and I asked for another room. First 2 rooms was next to each other but the 3rd room was upstairs. No bad smells but it still was not what I expected. Floor in bathroom needed swept. No bathroom trash can. We needed towels and they didn't have any. The ones in room looked used. No house keeping to tidy room next day. Once we got everything we needed we did have a good night sleep. It was quiet like no one was there and the front desk people were nice and understanding and helped the best they could but I just still would not go back only because of housekeeping, no towels, weired strong smells and cleanliness 👎
