I stayed 4 weeks while waiting to close on our house, Front desk personnel was always friendly, Kris went above and beyond to assist with anything I had questions about.
Breakfast staff and cleaning crew always pleasant and helpful.

Great outdoor space and the building next store with the playground area is great for kids!!

The hotel was light-filled, beautiful and clean!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

a $5 parking fee was an unpleasant surprise. We also had no climate control in our room. The fan worked, but we could not cool or heat our room. It was unpleasantly warm during the night. When the matter of a non-functioning thermostat was brought to the attention of the desk clerk, she said it would be noted. But offered no apology or compensation. Not good, considering what we paid for a night.

We liked the fact that the property was in a perfect location for us to visit family and also go to the malls.

I liked everything about the property and the service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The only negative thing, and it was very minor is that the water tap in the shower would not turn off. I told the staff upon checking out and they said they'd have a maintenance person on it immediately. Breakfast, comfort, the entire visit was very nice. Thank you.

The checking was atrocious. Front desk staff were not polite. The breakfast ran out of food before scheduled time. An unbelievably poor experience.
