The parking lot is full of potholes, and the trash cans are spilling over with trash. There hasn't been any upkeep of the exterior. The breakfast bar isn't good, but inside the room was reasonably clean.

My mom forgot her pillow in the unit and after 3 phone calls to have the front desk check with housekeeping, they said they didn't have it! So either they kept it or threw it! Bad communication! The place also needed a good vacuum, I hate seeing crumbs everywhere from other people!

Room had a large wet spot near the a/c and floor in bathroom felt sticky. 2nd floor room, no elevator. Free breakfast had decent coffee but few options, no dairy free milk, “hot” water for package of oatmeal was lukewarm.

Terrible staff and management. Irritated staffs and unreachable managers. Lost my expensive bag on their possession and they couldn’t even bother to talk to me about it for two weeks. Otherwise I like that they have smart tv option.

I stayed here a few nights ago, and was checked in by the same guy. There was absolutely no recognition and he even gave me a room further away from the front desk, meaning more walking, and the room he gave me only had a stand up shower. No tub, just a stand up shower. I weigh 300 pounds, how can I possibly fit into a stand up shower?!? Booooooooo!!!!

This property is run down. Lamps broke, burn holes on shades,extra fees. Beware, motel is very dirty, cant smoke cigarettes but you can get high from drugs walking the halls.trip to airport was fine, return we waited an hour.was very disappointed and will not stay there again.
