The Nicolett Mall strip in front of this hotel is a great plaza like district with beautiful gardens plaza trails leading to loring park. Clearly an in demand location.

Great restaurant, friendly staff, really nice rooms, short walk to convention center and many other good restaurants

The sink in our room was clogged and the water pooled un able to go down rendering the sink unusable.
A maintenance person came and fixed it .
This is the first time we ever had this happen at any hotel.

The parking garage was terribly expensive and basically added $25 a day to my stay. I did appreciate how accomodating they were for my dog, but an extra $125 to my stay for parking was very inconvenient. The locals near the hotel were also concerning, soliciting me and my friends for money and not seeming mentally well. We felt we needed to be on guard at all times whenever we left and walked around the area.
