Newer, clean and affordable. Had a decent breakfast and was walkable downtown.

Parking is a joke. I had to park at the city parking ramp because their lot was full. Extra paid by me. If you have to secure your property, be prepared to haul your belongings a city block if the unload area is full. Other than that, it is a decent hotel.

It's pretty wild that they charge you for parking! But the parking lot is a gated area. To get inside you have to call the front-desk employee to operate the gate for you. So in a city like Minneapolis where parking space is very valuable, I did like the safety of the gated parking lot.
