I would give this property 6 stars if I could. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in was really nice. There was shuttles to the Mall of America where we spent most of our time and a shuttle to and from the airport. Each driver we had was just really great. Regarding the hotel, the pictures don't do this hotel justice. To me, it kind of looks plain in the pictures but when we got to the hotel, the room actually looks very sleek. The TV had my name on it! I thought that was pretty cool. I don't normally drink hotel coffee because it doesn't taste good but this was delicious. This was totally my style and I had to keep calling to see if housekeeping could send more up. HAHA! Then you get to dining. The little lady that took care of us was so nice and friendly. She deserves to be praised but I don't think we asked for names. She had short black hair. She was so informative and helpful to answer all the questions we had about the menu. This was my first experience staying at a Hilton Hotel and this has become my favorite. Thanks for an amazing stay!

I landed and Jeff from the hotel shuttle service texted me before I got to baggage claim. He was awesome. My room was nice too with comfy beds, nice shower, cleanliness, overall a great place

The card key system needs replacing. I had to either wait for service department to come make me a new card or go from 7th floor to the front desk to get a new card. I had to get 4 new cards during the 3 night stay. all the hotel staff acknowledged it was an issue.
