Easy check in, easy parking lot, decent pool area. Clean and quiet. Only wish breakfast was included.

Very nice hotel! The only thing that surprised me was the slippery pool deck. My sister slipped on her way to get a towel. The girls we visited with in the hot tub said that the last time they stayed one of them fell getting into the hot tub (because the steps are slanted) and bruised her hip, and they witnessed a lady who slipped and fell hitting her head on the concrete wall! These are safety issues that should be addressed immediately. There is no excuse for this!

Very few places to eat. Ice maker not working. 1 elevator Not working. No kitchen staff for happy hour even though they were advertising for it. Very loud with banquet going on. Lots of kids running up and down the hallways.

One elevator not working. Ice machine not working. Said there was appetizer specials at a specific time but did not have it.

Perfect location for suburban neighborhood stay!

I love the location of this hotel. It’s 3-4 miles from the neighborhood my parents live in and I grew up in, so it was the ideal place to stay when in town visiting my parents. VERY close to food options, shopping options and accessible to get around town. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms fairly updated. My only frustration is with the toilet that ran until the stopped was shut manually a few times and some of the bathroom floor tiling coming up. The suite with a living room had a lot of space when planning to stay more than a few days.
