We had some unauthorized charges on our credit card and the employee refused to help me with them. I still have not gotten them taken care of!

Check in isnt until 4pm on a FRIDAY! POOL CLOSED AT 8PM kids... also I was doubled charged for a room I paid for april 24th With receipts saying paid is was told 3rd parties do that but Great wolf allow 3rd party booking and Manager TONYA VERY RUDE.

Up charges, up charges, and more up charges. This was our first visit since the ownership change. I was stunned to learn there was an up charge for the surf pool (Wolf Rider) and other amenities. They now charge $15/vehicle for parking. The on-site fees make for a different stay than what’s expected.

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and refused to help myself and another customer in line. But there was a wonderful lady that helped us at the water park she was amazing.
