I stayed for two nights to attend a conference and the hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle was punctual and convenient.

The room had dirty towels and hair on the bed. I slept on the couch. The area and hostesses were amazing. The shuttle driver absolutely the best ever

The industrial toilet in the middle of bathroom counter. The shower curtains very worn Water damage around the window and AC/heat. Used hair clip on floor.

Skirting on beds were dirty, towels looked dirty. Carpet is dingy and stained

Our room was very messy. Didnt vacuum or dust the room. Stain on shower curtin. Rose petals not from us under everything. Very poor experience.

The heater in the room was making a very loud knocking noise in my room the whole night. One of the lamps didn't work. The shower I got was actually for a disabled person...and I'm not disabled. Water kept draining out of the shower since there was no guard to catch it, so I had to use a lot of towels.
