Ac was out all night and on to the next day till and probably beyond our check out.
Their solution to this was tovsleep with the windows open.
Only reason we did not leave was because it was already late and we were traveling with our child.
We were on the12th floor, it was raining so they had a storage container and 2 buckets collecting the water.

Air conditioning about so it made the stay super uncomfortable.

I gave this hotel a high review due to them being honest we me. Right away at check in I was informed that AC unit was not in working condition and was giving the options to opt out of the reservation with a full refund back. I decided to stay the night anyway which was not bad. The hotel was nice to remove the parking fees also which was generous of them. Overall my stay was nice, room was very spacious and clean. Love the Complementary cookies given to us! The only issue I had was noise from the street from fight outside at 3am which was not the fault of the hotel.

Water leaking in the lobby no AC throughout the building and breakfast was kinda ass tbh

Beds didn’t have sheets on them and it took staff 1H to come and bring us some.
Toilet was leaking, no hot water, and TV didn’t work.
Close to Targey Field which was about the only good thing.

The air conditioning was out. There was also a leak in the lobby.

The AC was out so we had to have the windows open. This which meant that we heard the pub below us quite well until it closed. The room was nice otherwise.

Almost to check in at 10 pm with two kids when they informed us there was no air conditioning, parking lot was $30.
Got to the room, decent size. Bathroom was super small.
Had refrigerator which is awesome.
Ice machine on our floor was out of serve.
Parking lot was very badly designed and expensive.

It was a nice sized room.
There was no air conditioning in the room. We slept with the windows open. We did receive free parking.
There were no bars of soap in the room for hand washing. It was an inconvenience.
