The building and rooms themselves were nice. The staff were mediocre. No continental breakfast which is whatever but we were told we could not bring outside food or beverages into the hotel. We were expected to eat the food from the bristo and drink at the bar only. If you're going to demand that, at least have staff that can manage that. The bartender on both nights was MIA for the majority of the time and very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get served one night and another night we had friends who didn't get a simple beer for a half hour while standing at the bar the whole time waiting. Ridiculous. Then on a Saturday night, you do last call for beverages at 9:30 pm? And expect us to not bring in our own beverages? Saying that we can't sit around in the lobby area at the tables provided to have a drink or some food and converse? We were not a loud group by any means but to kick us out and tell us to go drink in our rooms? Definitely do not recommend this hotel to the middle-class average people.

The property and staff were amazing!! however there was a hocket tournament and it looked like a party walking into the lobby. the kids were loud and running the hallways throwing ice. we could not get into the pool area due to the number of kids in there. it was dis appointing after a long day and paying for a hotel with these specific amenities we couldnt use.
