Room was filthy. Shower was not usable. They refused to refund me fir the room.

The breakfast could have been better. It didnt taste good and you cant get any coffee near the front desk. It was empty. The breakfast was cold also.

The pictures of the room online were deceptive. They should have stated that the building is under reconstruction. The entire establishment felt dingy. The building was under construction. When we walked in the building, the ceiling were unfinished and some places had water stain marks on the ceiling. Furthermore, the bathroom faucet was leaking. The carpet was torn. There was a red stain on one of the towels. Baseboards were cracking off. Paint was peeling above the bed. The curtains are see-through. Toilet was discolored and there were spiderwebs in the bathroom. We asked to potentially see another room, but it was not much better. We asked for a cancellation and they did not give us a refund. We ended up going to a different hotel that costed even less and was higher quality.

Big hotel but dated and not the cleanest. Pool area was very nice.

If you get a room on the first floor, the curtains are practically see-through, this was my only complaint

The property was great, friendly staff and nice pool area. Only issue was screaming kids running through the halls after 10 pm. But that is parents fault not hotel.
