This hotel was terrible. Hotel staff were rude and were hardly available when something was needed. I booked this location for the breakfast that was to be included and the pool. We did not find out until the next day that either were available at all. There was no notice given when we checked in. Our room was very tiny and not well kept. There was a large hole in the ceiling above the shower. No holder for toilet paper but they were several holes in the wall for them to have been installed. Our stay was for 4 people for 4 days. We were given 1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper. I had to try to catch someone as the front desk to get more towels and toilet paper. When I did get more towels I was told that I would be charged if they were stained since they were brand new. There was also no phone in the room so trying to get the front desk was impossible. I used my own phone to try and call but no one ever answered. I called 11 times. The cleaning staff never came into our room the take the garbage out or to check the room for laundry and put in clean towels. They also left their carts in the middle of the entrance to the elevator. The carpet by the ice machine was soaking wet all the time and smelled terrible. I am disabled and in a motorized wheelchair. The entrance to the hotel did not have the automatic doors working for the disabled. The elevators were next to impossible to get me wheelchair in since they has a large table right outside the elevator.

One of the worst hotelsI have stayed at we got it through a 3rd party but not worth the money we paid, wish we can give it no stars first we went to check in the front desk and he told us we had to put down $100 deposit but I couldn't use the same card that I booked the hotel with this was the first time we had heard of this there was a ton of customers that had to go find an atm or they couldn't check in, luckily my sister paid the money but it took them almost 2 weeks after our stay to get her deposit back after calling and asking them about it also they had no numbers on half of the doors so we couldn't find our room down a dirty hallway our room was room 19 it went 18 then two rooms with no room numbers that was used for storage and then room 20 then our room with no number on it and the front desk guy looked at us like we were crazy cuz we could find our room. The room was run down & dirty we questioning it was even cleaned, wall paper was falling off and warped in the bathroom black mold around sprinkler and on shower curtain and broken towel rack ,coffee machine was unplugged cored wrapped itself with no cups just three packs of coffee so we couldn't even use it if we wanted to and then the beds only had a sheet and like a thin hospital sheet we were cold so we tried to turn on the heat but it smelled so bad like it was burning and one of the pillow had shoe print on it and no remote we had to go ask for one we put full review on Google reviews

Disgusting. Bed sheets look like they havent been changed with lipstik, sneaker tread and other " don't wanna know" stains. Looks like they like to save the extra special rooms for those who book thru expedia. Stay away !!

There was garbage all around the beds. No towels, toilet paper or soap in the room. The hot tub and exercise room were closed.

hi, my name is fontez from front desk here at baymont and would like to apoligize for recent experience the hot tub and exercise room does have a sign showing guest that they are closed at check in so that would be the time to talk with us about that . as of bedding and towels tp and soap we have all new everything and will make sure this isnt a problem in the future thanks for your time .

This place was horrible. No where near what it looks like online even slightly. Booked the nicest room. It was so dirty. One stained towel. No hand towels. Looked like hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Stuff wasn’t even whipped down. Bath tub was dirty. Cover wasn’t even on the duvet and was stained. Actually horrible experience. Felt so gross staying there. Wish I could’ve got my money back

Without warning the hotel cancelled my reservation due to “housekeeping issues”. I had to find a hotel on my own after driving 8 hours. AWFUL!!
