The hotel was as I expected for the price. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My concern was the fact the one of the elevators was out of service causing guests to have a long walk to the second one...not so great for older guests. The floors on this second elevator and the floors in the area of swimming pool were very wet and very slippery which could be dangerous to guests. We expected a microwave in the room but there was not one...again creating a problem for older guests who did not want to walk over wet floors to the microwave in the dining area.

Elevator was not walking which created a VERY long walk to elevator at the opposite end of the entrance
