We were near the shopping areas. There was no hook on the bathroom door to hang items on and it would be nice to have a change in breakfast items.

We were there for a three night stay and they never had maid service come to our room to check on whetherwe needed to be restocked on things. When we did ask for clean towelas and facecloths it was inconvenient to them. Ants in the room and no bathroom fan.

The room was clean but there was a lightbulb that was out in the bathroom and the faucet leaked somewhat. The staff was great but I didn't rate them as Excellent because there was a car parked in the drop-off area for almost 24 hours. When I spoke with the manager (Yogin) she said it was her car and she left it there because it was raining. It only rained for about an hour and I am sure that this would not be allowed by a guest. I thought it was unprofessional of a hotel employee.
