The Hotel es very nice with an unique design .The location is great..I would book it again when I come back to Milan.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, were so friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. They went out of their way to make our son feel special and went above and beyond when it turned out we’d booked the wrong room through Expedia - upgrading us as soon as possible. Location, breakfast and facilities were great.

Well located property, very clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly, would stay again when back to Milano.

The property was fine but the cleaning staff didn't clean the toilet then came in and cleaned the toilet after i let them know but cleaned the inside of the bowl then the rest and touch the flush button with the same rag. Overall the hotel is overpriced and also after seeing their cleaning processes, dirty.
