It’s terrible hotel for reception desk and services they provide. Baths are w/o soap dish and water goes outside. They don’t even provide black tea for 2 people…they charged extra 10 euro. Taxi service to MXP airport was 30 euros more than public taxi and didn’t show up on time. The ladies at the front desk were arrogant and no consideration for guest.

There was a smell in the lobby like the sewer was backed up. It appeared that there was some work going on. The staff were excellent and friendly. Room fit our needs, beds were comfortable. Shower was good.

Good location near Milano Centrale, limited shopping, sufficient number of restaurants. McDs around corner for morning coffee. Noisy at night with traffic and pedestrian chatter.
Property and management very good.

Excellent service from reception. House keeping was great and provided ackettle so we could make our own morning and afternoon tea.

Breakfast buffet is an additional 15 euro /person.
"free breakfast" is very basic and includes only croissants. Coffee and juice are in the buffet portion, requiring payment.
The bacon and coffew are hardly worth the 15 euro upcharge.
The room was very quiet and the curtains are blackout to sleep off the jet lag.
