First time checking into the hotel and my room was dirty with a used condom wrapper on the bed, got moved to a second room which then had water leaking through the ceiling. Finally got moved to a good room but then got double charged and the staff there provided no help in getting me reimbursed

Some of the staff was mean and unwelcoming. Had an attitude helping me check in. The lady working the bar acted like she didn't see me or my sister , their staff need training on hospitality! The 2 men working the bar area upstairs by the pool were amazing..

The actual room is nice, but at night the lobby is full of hookers and pimps. Cars pull up and pick them up, and returned in 30 mins. Definitely not a place for kids.
