Gold standard they delivered as they promised. Reality matched the pics. We will go back for sure. Last day there was an issue (because they booked a corporate event where the only pool is) but the staff handle it very well and made sure we were happy, I love and appreciate when mistakes are handled with care and passion! We stayed 4 days and I would try for 6 days next.

Good stay and would recommend. One note—this is a family oriented hotel (though SB may be an unusual choice for a family vacation)—expect lots of kids and families—if that’s not the experience you’re seeking might look at the One Hotel or Edition.

No, thank you. I know I will not go back to Ritz in South Beach again. I will try next time to get the Ritz myself .
