Loved the hotel, staff was excellent! Had a great stay, room was awesome. The only thing i didnt like was the valet service as we were late getting somewhere as we had to wait for our car. Inconvenience for us. Would loved to have just parked our own car. And was told the valet was included , but they still charged us

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The pool area was my favorite. The water was clear and warm. The gardens surrounding the pool were spectacular with several orchids in bloom.
Table 14 restaurant had a good variety on the menu. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff was exceptionally accomodating and courteous
The room and the bed were comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. The kitchen tile needs replacing as well as the carpet that was worn and had some stains.

Wonderful balcony view of ocean and harbor in the corner units. Well worth the money. Roomy and comfortable. Decent beds. Nice to have a kitchenette. Main complaint in WIfi was horrible. Also even thought we arrived at 5 our room wasn’t ready.

The staff is amazing. we had an issue and they resolved it to our satisfaction. The room/apartment we stayed in was light bright and well equipped. Would recommend and return.

Air conditioning didnt work and didnt fix.
No housekeeping.
No refill of coffee
